In order for you to receive the blessing, you have to connect to White Wolf by following the practice as described below.
You can possibly start the practice 14 days before White Wolf’s blessing and go on with the practice 2 weeks afterwards. The effects of the blessing will be more powerful.
This guided meditation is also available through audio recording. The music which accompanies the practice was especially created to connect to Shambhala.
Wesak is a Buddhist festival but also a Christian one. At the time of Wesak, these two energies intermingle and find their harmony. Let’s not forget Christ and Buddha are brothers.
Christ is the expression of the Father’s Love and Buddha the expression of His wisdom. The two ascended Masters, Buddha and Christ, reunite to bring the Energy of universal Love on Earth.
Spiritual masters prepare this festival several days before and end it about two weeks after. You are all invited to take part, with an open heart.
When is Wesak ?
Wesak takes place on the full moon of Taurus. It is said that Buddha’s great Compassion for humanity makes Him leave His supreme abode of Nirvana once a year.
What’s the reason for a guided meditation with this music ?
Most of us can’t go to the north of Himalayas where the light of Shambhala descends.
For this reason, a music was composed along with the channel prayer, to allow us to connect on the three levels of our being, to Shambhala.
When saying the prayer, our seven energetic bodies are purified and the light of Shambhala flows onto humanity.
Before starting
• Light a candle and burn a stick of natural incense.
• Sit down confortably on a pillow or on a chair, remain straight back. You can also lie down in case of disability but make sure you do not fall asleep.
• Before starting the practice of Shambhala you have to recite the “Prayer for Harmony“. Once by placing your conscience in the coccyx, and then in the heart and to finish in the top of the head. Thus it will act in three worlds: material, spiritual and divine.
• Put the guided meditation MP3 « Shambhala » ( if you have downloaded it). You can even put the musical version one hour before starting the practise ; it will flood your room with very strong spiritual vibrations.
Important : make sure to have cut all sources of disturbance (phone, wifi, etc.) before starting.
PRAYER FOR HARMONY
May the purest thoughts
become a one Thought.
May the purest words
become a one Word.
May the purest gazes
become one Gaze.
May the beats of the purest Hearts
become one Beat.
May all the words of truth
become one and unique Truth.
May the door of Peace close over the intruder: war
And may both of them merge
in the cement of Harmony.
For Harmony to reign Supreme
over this Planet
and in our Hearts.
It’s up to me to choose the freedom of a new day,
Or to remain in ignorance,
That which leads people
to war.
With the children of Aquarius,
it’s a new world of innocence that is awakening,
And the dawn of a new morning,
is rising.
Amen – Awen
Please remember : Repeat the prayer three times in a row, once between 3am and 5am, then at midday and the last time at midnight. First put your consciousness in the coccyx, then in the heart and finally on the top of the head. This way, it will act in three worlds: the material, the spiritual and the divine world.
Surround yourself of this image…
First, look at the drawing. It has been channeled and allows us to directly connect to the Shambhala sphere.
Let your being become impregnated with it. Become it. Look at all the details and the 3 levels of Energy in the drawing (head, heart and stomach). Close your eyes and try to reproduce it as if it was you, and you were it.
When you have memorized it, you can start your meditation.

PRAYER FOR SHAMBHALA
I connect to Shambhala
Through the spiritual energy of my deep Being
In an act of Love and Humility
So that the currents of Life, Light and Love flow down on me.
I connect to the Twelve Creative Hierarchies
Through the magnetic energy of my deep Being
In an act of Love and Humility
So that they accept me as a citizen and disciple.
May the Love of the Twelve Creative Hierarchies
flow down on me.
I connect to Humanity
Through the radiant Glory of my deep Being
In an act of Love and Humility
To serve the essence of Light
So that the radiance of Shambhala
And the Twelve Creative Hierarchies
Flows down from the seven rays of God.
Amen – Awen
The practice of Shambhala
You are now ready to connect to Shambhala. Your body is completely relaxed. Your back is straight and your tongue touches the back of your palate. Close your eyes. Breathe in and out 7 times in a row while deep scanning your whole body.
First call
While breathing in, raise your hands above your head.
Your hands create the following MUDRA: above your head palm to palm, with your fingers pointed skywards, creating a flame shape.
Bring your consciousness to the center of your head (pineal gland) and say out loud the first call which connects you to Shambhala:
“I connect to Shambhala,
Through the spiritual energy of my deep Being,
In an act of Love and Humility,
So that the currents of Life, Light and flow down on me.”
Breathe in, Breathe out
Breathe in, Breathe out
Breathe in, Breathe out
Second call
Your hands move down to the center of your heart (thymus) creating the following mudra: fingers phalanges to phalanges, pointed in the direction of the forehead.
The thumbs are resting on the second phalange, on the fingertips.
It is important not to touch the body and leave a space of 3 to 5 centimeters (1 to 2 inches) between the fingers and the body.
Remain in front of your heart. Bring your consciousness into the center of your heart and say out loud the second call:
“I connect to the Twelve Creative Hierarchies
Through the magnetic energy of my deep Being
In an act of Love and Humility
So that they accept me as a citizen and disciple.
May the Love of the Twelve Creative Hierarchies flow down on me.”
Breathe in, Breathe out
Breathe in, Breathe out
Breathe in, Breathe out
Third call
Without changing the MUDRA, move your hands down in front of your stomach.
Bring your consciousness into your stomach chakra and say the third call:
“I connect to Humanity
Through the radiant Glory of my deep Being
In an act of Love and Humility
To serve the essence of Light
So that the radiance of Shambhala
And the Twelve Creative Hierarchies
Flows down from the seven rays of God.
Amen – Awen”
Breathe in, Breathe out
Breathe in, Breathe out
Breathe in, Breathe out
Open your hands and raise them above your head while breathing in. Meanwhile, bring your consciousness up to the center of the top of your head, via the inside of your spine, passing through the heart. Continue the practice returning to the first call, etc.
Breathing
The breathing between each call is important. While breathing in, you take in the vibratory energy of the call, and while breathing out, a part of your energy goes to Shambhala. The exchange happens naturally…
Connection
There are 2 ways to connect to Shambhala energies.
The first one is to call upon the Shambhala energies, for them to flow down towards you and into you.
The second one is to send your energies to Shambhala. This practice is different. By giving out your spiritual energies, you receive back spiritual energies multiplied in quality and density.
By calling upon you these high energies, your dreams are being transformed. You will feel your subtle bodies around you. You will feel dynamism, joy and many other feelings you’ll discover through this practice.
Advice
You can do this twice a day, as a Sadhana, 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the evening.
Testimonials
Every participant is kindly asked to send a testimony of their experience, of what they felt. A few lines will be appreciated. It’s a fair return: you receive a blessing; White Wolf receives your testimony. It’s the principle of life which is called the Law of exchange: giving and receiving…
Those who have been working with White Wolf for years know that a testimony creates a new blessing!
We are looking forward to receiving your testimony…. Thank you!
